As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management. Ensure that schedules are well-organized and updated regularly.Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking. Use Microsoft Excel and Tally software to manage financial data and generate reports.
